Way Hot

It's really hot outside and I am glad I'm working indoors now.

When I first started working out of high school I used to mow lawns for a gardening company and I would hate these days. Now that I've got a more professional job I look forward to making it inside quick and avoiding the deadly heat.

It's strange because I still like being outside on weekends no matter what the temperature. Oh well, I guess it's all about your state of mind.

Last night's rain.

Last night the rain was intense. I was at my dad's house and the gusts of wind blew out a power line. I had to duck when I saw the spark. I didn't know what it was and I thought lightning hit. This spring there have been so many storms and even a storm that caused a huge explosion in Kansas City, Kansas. But that's life here in the Mid West.

I have not forgotten about my blog

I still like it, the design is good.

Enjoying the Springtime

I don't think the cold weather is so bad. It's nice to smoothly transition to springtime. The string of 40 degree days make me feel like I'm in Ireland or London and Kansas City always looks great in the fog. It'll warm up soon enough, I think it's best not to rush nature.

Under Construction

I have not posted for a while but that doesn't mean that I have given up on blogging. I've just been so lucky to be living real life in Kansas City that I didn't have time to write it down.

There's a lot of great things going on in Kansas City and sometimes it's hard to take them all in. It's not all carjackings and murders. This town is home to great people like my family and friends, that's always been the thing I love about Kansas City - The people are kind and this is where I keep all my stuff.

All things considered, Kansas City is pretty sweet and if the sun ever comes out I'll have even more nice things to say.
